Refund policy

Requesting a return

We offer a full refund on any item returned within 30 days of delivery, including sale items. Contact sales@environmentamericas.org or call 303-499-1950 to request a return.

Return postage

We provide return postage. Please contact our sales team before sending your return so we can arrange the postage.

Refund timing

After we receive your returned item, allow 2 business days for us to process the refund. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
